Silk Floss Rare Georgian Sampler

Description

As good as it gets.

A rare georgian silk floss sampler in remarkable untouched condition .

C1780-1820 it measures 34cms h and 27cms w and features 16 people in various forms of dress.

The silk floss is on linen and appears to have no damage or repair.

It is in a relatively modern frame and we havent had it out to see if it is signed or dated on the back

The quality is outstanding and is as near to a museum piece as I will get.
