A very well made antique 18th century Georgian large bookcase in mahogany of the finest quality, and a truly rare and highly desirable find. This impressive piece showcases exceptional craftsmanship throughout, with breathtaking mahogany figuring, rich colour, and elegant satinwood stringing inlay that enhances its refined Georgian character.

The upper section features a beautifully glazed arrangement, comprising a single-door cupboard to the left and a double-door cupboard to the right, each fitted with four adjustable shelves, offering excellent and flexible display space.

Centrally positioned are three drawers, all retaining their original handles and fittings, adding both practicality and authenticity.

The lower section consists of two blind door cupboards, with a single-door cupboard to the left and a double-door cupboard to the right, each with a single internal shelf, providing generous concealed storage.

The piece is raised on classic bracket feet and benefits from a well-balanced, architectural form. It comes complete with a key and separates into multiple sections for ease of transport and installation.
