Description

A very fine quality Regency Mahogany Breakfast Table in perfect original condition and of beautiful colour. The top made from two matched pieces of highly figured fiddleback Mahogany veneer and inlaid with cross grain Rosewood banding. The freeze with further fine Rosewood banding and set out panelled corners with fine double bead around the bottom edge. The stem and legs beautifully carved with acanthus leaf and inlaid on all sides once more with very fine Rosewood cross grain banding. Standing on four wonderful quality paw foot brass casters. The top is locked into position with a gilded double brass clasp.
