Antique High Back Windsor Chair

Description

A 19th century high back Windsor chair, made from ash with a shaped and pierced central back-splat, crinoline stretcher, and a thick moulded seat crafted from a single piece of timber. The chair has a lovely rich colour and patina.

Condition: There appears to have been a repair to where one of the rear stretchers joins the crinoline stretcher, as there is a small hole with filler applied in the crinoline stretcher - please see the last photo. Otherwise very good condition, a good solid comfortable chair.
