Description

An outstanding antique teak military campaign chest of drawers. This dates from around the 1840-1860 period.

It is of amazing quality and is a very useful size, with lots of storage space. This sits on beautifully made and quite unusually shaped feet, the chest comes apart in two pieces for ease of transport, as is typical of these military chests.

We have had this re-polished to a very high standard, the teak retains a gorgeous patina and colour tone, with various small marks here and there remaining beneath the polish.
