Spectacular 18th Century Carved Giltwood Mirror

Description

Very decorative and in very good original condition late 18th century carved giltwood wall mirror, circa 1780.

Beautifully carved and has just been very lightly cleaned to retain two centuries of patina, but you could have it further cleaned if you wanted to revive the water gilded finish.

This will make a spectacular over mantle, hall mirror or console table mirror and is a real statement piece.

Measurements:

58 1/4 inches of 148 cm high

32 1/4 inches or 82 cm maximum width

6 inches or 15 cm maximum depth at the cornice
