Very stylish Art Deco glass decanter set, comprising decanter, stopper and six glasses. Really attractive shaped to this set, ideal for shots, whiskey and liqueurs. Free from any damage, generally superb condition. Strong iconic black enamel decoration depicting a man playing a cello and on the reverse are musical notes and saxophone making this an ideal set for your barware collection. Made in the Czech republic and dating to the 1930's. The Czech glassworks is most famous for its pieces made in the period of 1930's when striking and inventive geometric designs became a departure from the classic two toned crystal goblets and decanters with floral carved designs. This decanter boasts a very striking black and acid etched detailing which screams Art Deco.
