Ritas Bazaar has dated these Coalport Botanical Serving Dishes to the Georgian era.
They feature a deep cobalt blue ground with finely burnished gilding in scrolling vine and foliate motifs, and hand-painted botanical sprays at the centre. The quality of the cobalt, gilding and floral painting is consistent with Coalport’s finest work of circa 1825.

A scarce and highly attractive example of early Coalport porcelain, appealing to collectors of Regency dessert wares and English botanical decoration.
