Edwardian 8 Day Inlaid Balloon Clock

A top quality Edwardian inlaid mahogany balloon shaped mantel clock with Sheraton inlay and 8 day French movement, fully restored and working c.1910. The elegant balloon shaped mahogany case with fruitwood strung edge and Sheraton sunburst to the front; matching stringing to the sides of the case. Moulded plinth to the base with small brass bun feet below. Convex porcelain dial with Arabic numerals and blued steel hands, sat behind a matching convex glass which is set in a polished brass bezel. French 8 day movement with platform escapement, fully overhauled and working. Presented in immaculate condition with a rich polish. Keep up to date via Instagram - sturmansantiques. Smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance for the item whilst in transit and a guaranteed tracked delivery.

Through our trusted international shippers we will source the most competitive quote for delivery to your door. All items are wrapped and packed by the specialist shippers.

We are happy to make initial arrangements for worldwide shipments on your behalf. However, please note that the shipping payment is made by you the customer directly with the shippers.
