The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this Silver Albert Watch Chain to the 1920s.
Each of the links has the silver lion mark.

The silver and enamel fob is later in date, hallmarked for Birmingham 1936, with a maker’s mark for the Liverpool silversmith Boodle & Dunthorne. The fob was awarded by the 5th Rifle Battalion, The Kings Regiment (Liverpool). The front of the fob has the regiment’s motif of the White Horse of Hanover. The reverse of the fob is engraved, ‘1936, Bd Mr H Roberts, HQ Wing’.
The chain measures 26cm from the T-bar to the clasp. Total weight including fob is 36g.
