For sale is a stunning and collectable 1875 Doulton Lambeth stoneware vase by the acclaimed artist Arthur Barlow, one of the artists who is most indelibly associated with the rise to fame of the Doulton Lambeth Wares.

It is decorated in a delightful green and blue incised foliate pattern with a beaded rim.

The vase is in exceptional condition with no chips cracks or restoration.

To the base is an early Doulton Lambeth impressed mark, including the impressed date - 1875 – and also present are the incised marks for Arthur Barlow and assistant artist Mary Ann Thomson and Louisa Ayling.
