A superb quality Victorian broad engraved solid silver portrait sized photo frame, hallmarked Birmingham 1896. The broad silver surround with dished inner edge and angled outer edge, clipped corners and decorative ribbon and bow design engraving to the top and base. Original black leather covered back with sturdy easel stand. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths J W Benson Ltd. Presented in excellent condition with a deep polish.
