Pinefinders has dated this Antique Pine Linen Press to the 1900s.
The top has a slightly Gothic influence, with carved detail and reeding down the sides. It stands on square feet and features decorative detailing through the centre and across the panels.

Originally painted, it has since been stripped, so it is currently in bare wood. It’s in very nice condition for its age (circa 1900).
Inside, you’ll find one half-depth shelf, one full-depth shelf, and three small internal drawers. The shelves are fixed with pins, but the interior can be reconfigured. If you’d prefer a full-depth shelf at the top, or to convert the space for hanging, I can remove the shelves and fit a rail. With an internal depth of 18", it offers good hanging capacity. The original small door catch still works, though a more secure replacement can be fitted if desired.

The top separates from the base for delivery, so you’ll need to allow access for the two main sections. If you’re concerned about manoeuvring the larger section, I can provide exact measurements.
Price: £1,450 as it is, or £1,595 waxed.
Dimensions: height 87½", width 63" (widest point), depth 24" (deepest point), internal depth 18"
(approximately 222 cm x 160 cm x 61 cm, internal depth 46 cm).
