The Silver Cabinet has dated this Georgian Silver Pap Boat to the Georgian era.
It is clearly hallmarked for London 1813. The maker's mark its slightly smudged and thus indecipherable.

These 'boats' were used to feed the elderly, infirm and young with 'pap', a type of gruel.
