A handsome Edwardian oak desk chair dating from around 1910, featuring a beautifully shaped curved backrest with a red leather inset panel finished with decorative brass studding.

The seat and arms are formed from solid oak with a rich patina and sculpted form for comfort.

The chair stands on a sturdy four-leg swivel base with its original cast iron mechanism and height adjustment screw. Perfect for use as a home office chair or an elegant study piece.

Very Good antique condition — structurally sound, original cast iron mechanism fully functional, minor age-related wear to the oak surface and leather consistent with use.
