Superb Yet Simple French Super King Size Bed

This Gorgeous super-king sized bed has lovely shaping on the frame, a very typically French bed with rounded corners and lower chill height. Particularly well detailed with very attractive foliate and floral shaped castings and clamps, all in great condition/detail.

Fully restored to be sturdy, practical and beautiful. Whole frame cleaned and tested for durability. Shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint finish in Little Greene’s Lute, gently waxed to protect and shine. All joints checked for secure fit.

Suitable for standard Super King Size mattress 6’ x 6’6” / 180cm x 200cm

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support and to raise the get into bed height.

The bed is photographed on 2” base with two of our zip and link Bordeaux mattresses. We can supply hand-made mattresses in all comfort choices, and also with zip and link connections for when it may be tricky getting one full width mattress into a room, or indeed for joinable single beds. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.
