A superb late George III period burr walnut chest of drawers with brushing slide and swan neck brass fittings c.1800. Book matched quarter burr walnut veneered top with crossbanded and moulded edge. Pull out brushing slide below forming a writing surface, plus four graduated drawers, each with book matched veneers and crossbanded edges to match the top. Moulded plinth to the base with original bracket feet below. Brass swan neck fittings and complementing decorative lock escutcheons.
