Bushells Antiques has dated this Victorian Ruby Diamond Ring to the 19th Century.
Dating from around 1890, this exquisite antique ring features classic carved half-hoop scrollwork detailing to the shoulders, adding both depth and elegance.

At the centre, a richly saturated natural ruby, weighing approximately 3.20 carats, is flanked by two chunky old mine cut diamonds with a combined weight of approximately 2.12 carats. The balance, proportion, and craftsmanship reflect the finest qualities of late 19th-century English jewellery.

Though unmarked (as was common before hallmarking regulations became compulsory in 1972), the ring has been professionally tested and confirmed to be 18ct gold.
