An exquisite bullicante, controlled bubbles clear glass round lamp, considered the larger variety of this highly desirable model by the esteemed Venetian workshops of Seguso, during the period of Archimede Seguso.We estimate the lamp to be circa 1950s to 1960 and presented in excellent condition, without chips, scratches or defects, the flat polished base shows evidence of obvious timeworn use.The 27cm tall lamp, measured to the replacement brass bulb holding which sits upon the original brass cap, recently rewired and sold with the PAT test certificate, the body measures 16cm diameter and combines an impressive, dense weight of apx 3-4kg.An impressive Murano mid century lamp, an interior design lamp of considerable decorative appeal with function and form that can complement a classic or contemporary space.Dimensions <...
