Description

Late 19th.c. gilded overmantle mirror or pier glass c.1890. Original 31" x 47" mirror plate with a shaped arch top. In a moulded wooden frame topped with a pierced frieze of scrolling acanthus leaves. Generally very good condition with some wear to the mirror and the gilding worn and retouched in places.
