Description

A stunning pair of oils by James Jerome Miller (fl.1875-1900) depicting country garden scenes at the height of summer. Signed lower right. Illegibly titled verso (faded).

Each oil is rich in colour and texture with every pot, flower, tree and cloud carefully depicted. Both works are housed in a later gilt and anti-reflective glass frame. Very small nick to the lower right frame of the 'steps' work.

A fantastic pair of works that really do draw the eye.
