A Lovely Antique French Silver & Cut-Glass Butter Dish featuring a beautifully detailed silver frame with pierced sides and finely cast acanthus leaf handles, showcasing the influence of Rococo design. The clear glass insert features a striking starburst design on the base and lifts out easily for cleaning or chilling. The silver frame is stamped with the Minerva head, the official hallmark for French silver – circa 1920.

Width (handle to handle): 5 1/2" (approx. 14cm)

Diameter of glass insert: 3 1/2" (approx. 9cm)
