A super 19th century French portrait miniature of the young Napoleon. He is pictured in a blue coat edged in gold braid and wide brimmed hat. The portrait is signed by Lemaire (the centre left) and is framed in a gilt embossed easel frame. The portrait is in good condition. It measures 19cm x 12cm inc frame and the actual miniature is 10cm x 8cm.
