A good mid 19th century Russian Icon in original condition depicting the saints with a landscape beneath them and a highly decorative background .The Christ in Glory sits above in a geometric patterned sky with a gold leaf and enamel decorative border. The whole is mounted in a glazed wooden hinged case. The condition is good with no losses having been kept under glass. Circa 1850.

The icon itself measures 31cm X 26cm and the whole measures 53.5cm X 43.5cm X 10cm.
