Victorian Mahogany Double Wardrobe

19th century
Description

Fine quality early Victorian double wardrobe circa 1850 .

The wardrobe has a very well fitted interiors the left section fitted with three good sized drawers and three slide out trays ,(these can easily be removed to create more hanging space ) the right side has a large drawer to the base and a single hanging rail .

The wardrobe has a fantastic grain and colour to the panel doors with a quality carved crest to each . There is a single key for the working lock .

Tahe wardrobe has a simple cornice with and unusual carved frieze .the whole standing on a plinth base being supported by small bun feet .

The wardrobe comes in two main parts plus the cornice and base .

the dimensions of each large section are width 72 cm depth 56 cm and height 178 cm

The fully assembled dimensions are width 151 cm depth 64 cm and height 206 cm
