Brief Description:

This is a fabulous, Large Italian Still Life Oil on Canvas Painting depicting a beautiful array of fresh fruit with foliage and a green pottery pitcher.

Painted during the 1930/1940s and mounted within the fabulous quality original gilt moulded frame.

The wonderful image portrays Apples, Lemons, Grapes and Oranges, all spilling out from an overturned fruit basket that is surrounded by garden foliage.

It is incredibly well detailed, and it has a lovely organic feel/appearance.

Condition:

Both the painting and the frame are offered in an overall very good original condition.

The outer edges of the gilt frame have some small areas of gesso loss, but certainly nothing which detracts and is mentioned more so for accuracy.
