Art Deco 0.80 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, Circa 1940

Description

This is extremely pretty. The 0.80 carat (approx.) old mine cut diamond in the centre is secured in an eight-claw coronet collet in white gold and sit on a slim and tapering rose gold shank with plain white gold shoulders. A charming vintage engagement ring.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from IGR.

Cut: Old mine cut.

Colour: K

Clarity: I1; the diamond is clean to the naked eye.

Carat: Approximately 0.80.

Circa: 1940.

Size: M 1/2 or US size 6 1/4. Free sizing available.

Measurements: The diamond is approximately 5.7 x 5.9mm and sits 5.1mm from the finger.

Weight: 1.78 grams.

Metal: 9k rose and white gold. Tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.
