Made from richly figured walnut, it combines classic design with practical storage and a warm, mellow patina.
Constructed in two sections for ease of handling, the upper section features two short drawers above three long drawers, while the lower section houses a further three full-width drawers. Each drawer is finished in beautifully grained walnut veneer and fitted with period-style brass handles and escutcheons. The drawers are oak-lined, dovetailed, and slide smoothly.
The top is crowned with a traditional moulded cornice, and the base stands on shaped bracket feet, giving the piece a balanced and well-proportioned appearance. The clean lines and subtle detailing reflect the Georgian revival style popular in the early 20th century, with a focus on quality materials and timeless design.
