Briggs at 27 Piccadilly, London was a well-known address for Thomas Briggs, a cabinetmaker, writing desk, and dressing case maker. He operated from 27 Piccadilly from 1829 to at least 1835, and potentially later, with evidence suggesting he was still listed at the address until 1880. Briggs was a prominent maker of various fine furniture and decorative items, including writing boxes, sewing boxes, and jewellery boxes.
