A beautifully decorated and painted Chinese Wedding cabinet. With 4 doors, three external drawers and three internal drawers.

This cabinet is from circa 1890, towards the end of the Qing Dynasty (1636-1912), and is in good overall condition, although some of the lower paintings are faded with exposure over time.

The paintings on the upper panels depict domestic scenes whereas the less colourful drawings below represent themes from Chinese mythology

A very attractive and interesting piece.
