Two royal coats of arms sit above laurel and oak sprays beneath a rising sun motif, with patriotic mottos: “May England for Ever Such Unity Boast!” and “The Union of England & France is Strength.”
A hand-inscribed dedication—“Sam Harolding, Born March 23rd 1855, Liverpool”—adds personalized historical value. Marked on the base with the initials “GFB” enclosed within a Staffordshire Knot, it stands as one of the rarest known variants of Crimean War jugs, particularly in such excellent condition.

Condition: No cracks or restorations; tiny chip on the bottom; slight yellowing of interior enamel; gold scuffs on the rim; minor paint scuffs under images, inscriptions fully legible. Otherwise excellent antique condition.
