Solid sterling silver SHERRY decanter or bottle label.

Hallmarked London 1827, makers mark MRCR for Mary Ann & Charles Reilly.

The mother and son partnership of Mary & Charles Reily that lasted only three years.

Mary Reily, the widow of John Reily, had previously entered a mark in the 1790's in combination with her future husband as Mary Hyde and John Riley (Reily).

Heavy, detailed vine leaf with good chain.

Width 2,15/16" or 77.5mm, weight 21.9 grams.

In excellent condition with no damage or repair

Fine unworn detail with original lustre
