Description

A great pair of engravings entitled ' A Ditinguished Foreigner' and ' A Foreigner Extinguished' showing a French Poodle confidently approaching a Jack Russell pup, a Boarder Terrier pup and a Beagle pup in order to gain access to the house only to be repelled by the British three.

Etched by R. W. Hester from the paintings by E. Caldwell. Published by I. P. Mendoza, St. James Gallery, London on 2nd April 1889. Presented in new mounts ready for framing with original printed titles in lower margin. The pair in Excellent condition. Image size approx 11 inches by 7.5 inches,each picture, mounted sizes 19 inches by 15.5 inches each picture.
