A superb quality 19th Century carved hardwood Anglo- Indian cabinet, the lovely figured shaped top having a highly decorative pierced and carved gallery, beautifully carved moulded edge above a shaped frieze with acanthus leaf carving, with four doors below opening to reveal two fixed shelves inside each section, the central doors being bow fronted, each door having arched panels with trailing carved acorns, the front and sides of the cabinet profusely carved with pierced carving of various foliage and birds, lovely shaped apron and supported on seven carved claw feet.
