Description

Superb well-proportioned Regency rosewood sofa table in excellent antique condition. The rectangular top features drop leaves, allowing for versatile use, whether fully extended or compact. Drop-leaf to either side, each securely supported on double brackets when lifted. Two deep drawers flank a slim central drawer all with original bun handles and locks, unfortunately there is no key. Raised on solid rosewood supports united by and arched stretcher and swept sabre legs, terminating in brass cap casters. As with all antiques, there are minor imperfections, but this solid table with warmth, rich patina, and timeless charm. Its design makes it a perfect addition to any living space, bringing a touch of Regency-era sophistication and historical character.

The table measures 118cm when both leaves are extended.
