Lovely ebony hard wood and hallmarked silver walking stick or cane.
The silver was assayed in London as shown in the pictures, date letter for 1919
and makers mark for Samuel Foskett.
Lovely engine turned decoration to the large silver top.
It measures 92.5 cm 36 3/8 inches in length, the pommel is 4 cm 1 9/16 inches wide and 6 cm 2 3/8 inches long.
The ferrule is made of cast brass.
It''s in excellent condition but with some signs of age and
use as you''d expect at this age.
Some bumps and surface marks to the silver as shown but no holes or splits. The shaft is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs.
