Victorian Tunbridge Ware Obelisk Thermometer

A fine quality Victorian period obelisk Tunbridge ware desktop thermometer with bone scale and mercury action thermometer c.1880. Stepped base with immaculate Tunbridge decoration to all sides and matching decoration to the chamfered edge tapering pillar. Three sides of the obelisk and base pillar with floral decoration and a complementing parquetry design decoration below the thermometer on the front side. Inset bone thermometer scale with original mercury action thermometer in full working order. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine and original patina. No damage or losses to the inlay. EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE

Through our trusted international shippers we will source the most competitive quote for delivery to your door. All items are wrapped and packed by the specialist shippers.

We are happy to make initial arrangements for worldwide shipments on your behalf. However, please note that the shipping payment is made by you the customer directly with the shippers.
