This beautiful pierced basket is made of silver plate and bears a Diamond Registration Mark to the foot, dating the piece to 1863. An elegant piece with a lovely swing handle and gorgeous edge detailing. A high quality and ornate basket.

In good condition overall with only very slight signs of wear and a good firm handle. No dents or splits.
