Victorian Pocket Barometer and Compass Combination

A collectable Victorian gilt brass pocket barometer with engraved silvered dial in the original case combining a bone scaled thermometer with working compass set in the lid c.1885. Dark red leather cloth case with button release opening. The interior with bone scaled removable crescent shaped thermometer and working compass set to the centre. Removable gilt brass pocket sized barometer sat in the other side of the case with engraved silvered scale and reading marker adjusted by the engine turned bezel. Hanging loop to the top and original gilded finish to the case. Both instruments bearing the makers name Steward, London and in full working order. Presented in good original condition and full working order. Keep up to date via Instagram - sturmansantiques. Case measures 2.5" diameter x 1.5" deep. Barometer measures 2" diameter x 0.75" deep.

EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE

Through our trusted international shippers we will source the most competitive quote for delivery to your door. All items are wrapped and packed by the specialist shippers.

We are happy to make initial arrangements for worldwide shipments on your behalf. However, please note that the shipping payment is made by you the customer directly with the shippers.
