Brass scale sound frets with red silk behind to the sides and rope twist ring drop handles. Convex painted dial with Roman numerals and the original fine quality blued steel hands; bears the makers name Garrall, Guildford. The convex dial sat behind a matching convex glass, which is sat in a hinged cast brass bezel forming the door and glazed door to access the movement to the rear. Double fusee movement with anchor escapement and bell striking on the hour, the back plate with decorative engraved boarder, matching engraving to the pendulum bob. Measures 10.5" wide x 6" deep x 19" high to top of the final.
