Fine quality George II mahogany Gentleman''s dressing chest circa 1750 .
The chest has a fully fitted top drawer with a sliding writing surface ,beneath this it is fully fitted with trinket and stationary compartments with a central original lift up mirror .The drawer full extends giving a large practical work surface supported by two lopers .
below this there three oak lined drawers ,all drawers are solid in joint and slide as they should ,The whole standing on bracket feet .
The back has its original solid oak boards .
There are signs of the Brass handles having been changed at some point .
