Description

An outstanding antique Chinese rosewood marble top table dating from circa 1900. The shaped top has a beautiful variegated rouge-veined marble insert and is complemented with a carved beaded edge. The intricately carved rosewood frame features a leaf and vine design and is raised on four carved square legs, terminating on claw feet united by curved stretchers. A good sized and very functional item in good condition and displaying a desirable aged patina with deep chestnut hues. Would make a wonderful lamp table, coffee table or plant stand.
