Description

A handsome carved Chinese three fold privacy screen or room divider dating from the late Art Deco period, circa 1940s. Very heavy and substantial it stands 6ft tall, the three folding panels fold away completely, so when not required it can be neatly tucked away. Eye-catching with wonderful carved details, each panel with scenes of battles and landscapes, the edges carved with petals and longevity symbols. To the top is a geometric border carved with figures in cherry blossom trees.
