George III Oak Country House Dresser

A top quality George III period oak and red walnut crossbanded country house three drawer dresser c.1760. Single piece figured oak top with deep moulded edge to the front and sides. Three drawers each crossbanded with red walnut and the original quality polished brass swan neck handles and lock escutcheons. Moulding below to match the surface and fielded panels to the sides. Sat on three stylish slender turned legs, the outer ones supported by stretchers adjoining the rear legs. Presented in excellent condition with a superb colour and wonderful original patina.
