English Oak Small Longcase Clock with Attractive Graining, Tapered Hood Columns and Raised on Bracket Feet. Circa 1920s.

Height 77.2in (6ft 5.2in) or 196.2cm.

Three Heavy Brass Cased Weights, Visible through the Art Deco Style Astragal Glazed Door, Power the 8 Day Triple Tune (Westminster, Whittington & St Michael) Movement by Peerless is of top design with Fine Vernier Adjusters to Assist with Achieving a Good Beat.

There are Also Fine Verniers to Adjust Each Hammer Strike as they Play on the Mellow Peerless Gong Rods - A Set of 8 on the Quarter Chimes and a Further 4 Rods.

The Brass Dial with Silvered Chapter Ring Surrounded by Cherub Head Spandrels and Dolphins Above. Tune Selector Dial and both Strike/Silent and Chime/Silent.
