An unusual George III mahogany waterfall open bookcase having a shaped top and outline ebony stringing throughout. The 3 open and graduated shelves leading to the 2 panelled doors both with further ebony stringing and opening to reveal a shelved interior. This bookcase retains the original splayed bracket feet and has a working lock with key. Condition- good with a few bumps & bruises associated with age and use. Dimensions:- Height…50.75’’/ 129cm. Width…27’’/ 68.5cm. Depth…11’’/ 28cm. Shelf Depths…9.5’’/ 24cm. 6.5''/ 16.5cm. and 5''/ 12.75cm. Delivery to most of U.K. £45.
