A Very Fine Regency Library Clock

£3,850    $5,135    €4,576
This eight day single fusee library timepiece is of unusually small proportions. The movement with anchor escapement has an adjustable lenticular pendulum with hold fast. The Movement is housed behind a silvered roman dial in a smart satinwood case with bun feet. The case is glazed with particularly thick bevelled glass to the sides and top.

This clock is unsigned and dates from the 1840’s, it’s small size and the quality of the case make it of particular interest. This clock has been overhauled and is ready for delivery.
