Elegant and stylish pair of late C19th Chinese Qing Dynasty carved hardwood ‘huali’ vases stands or tables .
Raised on shapely carved uprights with stepped stretcher supports and carved detail feet. The square inset panel tops having carved and pierced friezes below .
In excellent original condition , the well-chosen superior quality ‘huali’ having achieved a rich colour and patina.
Useful pair of stands being of practical height and scale for displaying a pair of Oriental porcelain or bronze vases perhaps .
