This fantastic Spanish bed is wonderfully simple in its construction. Pretty and simple castings and clamps all in good detail and condition. Original makers plaque showing maker Jose Cobian – Sevilla. This company was founded in the 1800’s and was a steam powered iron foundry in Sevilla Spain, specialising in bed making and machining of metal work.

Professionally restored with all joints checked for a solid and secure fit. The siderails have been adapted to be able to take slats or a bed base.

Whole frame shot blasted and primed prior to hand pant finish in Little Greene’s Lamp Black colour waxed over to protect and give a gentle shine.
