The Antique Partnership has dated this Antique Brass Draw Telescope to the Georgian era.
The main barrel is of mahogany with brass fittings and three tubes. It has excellent powerful lenses giving a clear image.The objective lens has its original (often lost) brass lens cap. The eye piece lens is protected by a brass shutter. It pulls out nicely and focusses easily. The later stand is of magogany with the sockets lined with red baize.

About 5cm in diameter. The stand measures 43.5 cm long and 6 cm deep.
